We present ourselves on the market as a company with new content compared to our competitors; from the acquisition visit to the purchase deed, we provide our clients with more than EIGHT different professionals, specialised in each phase of the negotiation.
A number of FUNDAMENTAL professionals are involved in the marketing of real estate (real estate agents registered with the Pordenone-Udine Chamber of Commerce, family realtors, professional photographer, professional videomaker, technical office with in-house surveyor, home-stagers, sales agents, digital marketing managers, front and back office, etc.).
Eight foreign languages are spoken fluently within the company: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Romanian, Moldavian, Portuguese and Greek; this allows us to interface and relate with the increasingly numerous foreign customers in Italy.
